Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Vivian Studio London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Return Conditions
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- All return shipping costs, including international shipping costs, are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Trying on clothing is allowed; wearing it after trying it on is not permitted.
- It is not permitted to order items in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order.
Return Process
You can submit your return request by sending an email to info@vivianstudiolondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.
You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any shipping costs, customs duties, or administrative fees.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
